We design, install and commission mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for retail and commercial buildings, from a single unit's fit-out to a coordinated programme across a portfolio: heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical distribution, lighting, controls, and plumbing and public health.

Because M&E sits inside our integrated team, loads, routes and plant space are agreed while they are still drawings. That is the point at which they are cheap to change.

M&E touches every other discipline: it is a load on the supply, a route through someone's ceiling and a claim on plant space. Because our design, construction and refrigeration teams sit alongside the engineers, those trade-offs are settled early, on paper, not on site.
