On behalf of Sainsbury's, AB Group refurbished an Argos Store in Store inside a fully operational Sainsbury's and Argos store: rapid delivery alongside strict safety controls, restricted access and a constant public interface. Aligning early with store stakeholders set the plan for interfaces, working hours and logistics.
