AB Group delivered the full fit-out of a large Asda within a shell: all construction, full M&E delivery, air conditioning and new freezer and chiller facilities. The unit sat beneath residential apartments and opposite neighbours, making careful planning and coordination essential from the start.

All works were coordinated inside approved working hours, with high-impact activities sequenced to minimise disruption. The build involved extensive fire-rated walls, sub-floor build-ups and shutter installation, and a remote logistics area kept materials moving safely despite limited on-site storage.
