AB Group were asked by a major UK retailer to assist with the closure of two branches: Tamworth and Hulme, Manchester. Both projects were fixed scope and required the removal of the agreed fixtures and fittings so the units could be returned to the landlord.

The Tamworth store closure was completed successfully with no issues. With the Hulme store, we had to manage subcontractors, rescheduling them as required to ensure the removal of the safe. No other issues occurred.
