With the local council starting work external to the store, the Sheldon Square branch of this UK chain had to close temporarily, but this provided the perfect opportunity to refresh the store and meet the nationwide brand standards. Due to the window of time where the store was closed being so short, AB Group had to work quickly to update this local London store and get it ready to open to the public to correspond with the council’s work completion date.

AB Group worked to reinvigorate the store’s outlook by replacing and refreshing various aspects of the store to modernise it for customers and employees. This work included: branding throughout the store and in the kiosk, as well as gondola replacement to the in-store bakery and news and magazines stands. We replaced the damaged ceramic flooring and decorated the sales floor, as well as the back of house areas. All sales floor cases were resprayed and then fitted with a new bump rail. Finally, we performed a full clean to the store.

All work for the rebrand was successfully completed within the restricted time frame and the popular local Sheldon Square branch is now refreshed and modernised and adhering to the new brand standards.

Working to such a close deadline to adhere to the work of the local council outside the store, meant it was important to work quickly and efficiently.
