Our Team

Carl Duke

Carl started in the industry as a design draughtsman, involved in government funded energy reduction initiatives as early as 1987. He co-designed one of the first cascade type direct gas-fired swimming pool heating systems, leading to savings of 35% in energy consumptions. He progressed into project management and graduated from the University of Salford building services school. Carl moved into the air conditioning sector 18 years ago and has a vast experience of design, implementation and project management on both large scale industrial applications and smaller commercial/retail schemes.

Carl has more recently been employed with a large national contractor as their sole national accounts engineer, personally overseeing the R22 roll-out & new build schemes for 1,800 Thomas Cook & 1,400 Britannia Retail sites and several other large retail clients.

Carl has a proven track record designing and managing up to circa £3m contracts; building up trusted working relationships with both clients and consultants throughout the industry.
