Neil Bromley

Neil has come from an engineering background and time served as a refrigeration engineer. Following second to none achievements within an industry education, Neil went on to become a refrigeration designer/project manager and eventually settled as a Design department manager within the Denman Group. During this period, Neil formed a partnership and friendship with Andy Blackman. Also during this time, Neil pioneered the first CO2 refrigeration system to be installed within a UK supermarket. This development won industry awards for both Denman group and Sainsbury’s and was highly regarded by various NGO’s as ground breaking and innovative.

Since the sale of Denman Neil has worked tirelessly in and around the refrigeration industry, and carried out a consultancy role within a leading supermarket retailer during 2009 heading a £2m capital energy review scheme. Following the conclusion of this project, Neil went on to become the Head of Contracts Manager for Space Engineering. In this role Neil  was heavily involved with the business as usual roll out of CO₂ refrigeration within the retail supermarket sector.

Neil joined AB in November 2010 to once again work with Andy Blackman and to realise the potential of their partnership.
